KLF offers size exchanges only, subject to approval and stock availability.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be unwashed
- Product must be in original condition
- Original tags must remain attached
- Original packaging should be intact
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Exchange Charges
A flat ₹100 exchange shipping/handling fee applies per approved exchange request.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested size is unavailable, an alternate resolution may be offered
- Products that fail inspection may not qualify
Exchanges are not equivalent to returns.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product Claims

To help us verify claims efficiently, customers may be asked to provide:

Claim Limitations
Claims may be declined if:

- Product has been washed
- Product has been altered
- The issue is reported after unreasonable delay
- Sufficient verification cannot be provided
