2. Return Policy

KLF generally does not accept returns for successfully delivered orders, and all standard purchases are considered final sale.

  • Minor color variations caused by screen/device display differences
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

3. Exchange Policy

KLF offers size exchanges only, subject to approval and stock availability.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be unwashed
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Charges

A flat ₹100 exchange shipping & handling fee applies per approved exchange request.

Important Exchange Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size is unavailable, an alternate resolution may be offered
  • Products that fail inspection may not qualify
  • Exchanges are not equivalent to returns

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable for successfully delivered orders.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

please contact KLF within 48 hours of delivery for review.

Approved resolutions may include:

  • Product replacement
  • Size exchange
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where applicable)

Resolution type will be determined by KLF after verification, stock availability, and assessment of the issue.


5. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Verification Requirements

To process claims efficiently, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
  • Clear product photographs
  • Order number
  • Additional verification if required

Providing an unboxing video significantly improves claim resolution speed and verification accuracy.

Claim Limitations

Claims may be declined if:

  • Product has been used
  • Product has been washed
  • Product has been altered
  • Issue is reported after an unreasonable delay
  • Sufficient verification cannot be provided

6. Shipping Policy

Unlike mass-produced ready-stock brands, our preparation process takes additional care.

KLF is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners after dispatch.

KLF is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

10. Refused / Undelivered Orders
